The performance, which will pay tribute to what is considered the best Spanish pop group in history, will take place next Sunday, August 20, at 10:00 p.m.
The City Council informs that Aidalai presents ‘Tribute to Mecano’ next Sunday, August 20, at 10:00 p.m., in the Plaza de Toros.
‘Aidalai’ is much more than a concert; is a light and color show that pays homage to what has been the best-known pop group on the national scene, Mecano.
Since their last concert in Valladolid in 1992, the group has not reunited to give concerts and few have dared to perform their repertoire live.
With a very accomplished voice and two multi-instrumentalists, ‘Aidalai’ takes us by the hand on a journey through time in which the audience will dance, sing and possibly cry, remembering many of the songs that were the soundtrack of their lives.
Perfectly studied music, lights synchronized with the show, guitars, keytars, keyboards, snow, smoke and a huge triangle in the center of the stage, which changes color, to create the necessary atmosphere and lead us to a decade of songs to remember.
Time passes, things fall into place and two generations later, everything remains the same. Mecano continues to be acclaimed. It’s the ‘Aidalai’ moment.
Tickets are on sale at tickentradas.com, elcorteingles.es and at the Plaza de Toros box office.
