The Estepona City Council has presented the program of events planned for the city’s Fair and Major Festivals, which will be held from July 4 to 9. The festivities will begin on July 4 with the reading of the proclamation, by Carlos Moreno ‘El Pulpo’, Communicator and DJ of Cadena 100 and COPE.
