Service

Arrived at 11:00 on a Friday – when it should be open – to collect a parcel. Because I work, it was the first opportunity I had in a two week deadline before the parcel was sent back. The office was closed with no indication of why or when it is likely to be open again.
I will not have another opportunity to try again before my parcel is returned to the sender.
